In ESL, the Orange class learned about ordinal numbers. They did a review and worked together to find the answers in their textbooks.In gym class today, the students played dodgeball with their teachers. They practiced their hand-eye coordination and had fun trying to get their teachers.The Sparrows practiced their reading skills using the green words. They sounded out each letter and blended them to figure out the word.The children used Raz Kids today to play fun educational games. The site is helping the children build their reading and spelling skills.For Math and Numbers, the children played “Let’s Pass”. They used bean bags to practice prepositions and movements.To help with their reading skills, the children read together as a group. They focused on their sight words and blending.The preschool classes made spiders today for craft. They colored, weaved pipe cleaners and added eyes to complete this project.The Red and Blue classes sang “You Can Count On Me” by Bruno Mars in their music lesson today.During the writing lesson, the Sparrows class practiced writing the magic c. This was a great introduction to how we make other letters too!The Word Time lesson focused on the concepts “leap” and “pounced”. They moved around the classroom to get a better understanding of these words.
