The Blue class reviewed clothing vocabulary for their language lesson. They reviewed seasonal clothing as well and the body parts that we put them on.

The children challenged each other to “rock, scissor, paper” battles. They tried to be the first person to call out the correct vocabulary words.

The Yellow class read “Our House” and pulled their favorite line from the story to practice their writing skills.

The children took turns sounding out the single letter phonics. They came up with words that started with the sound on the card.

The Orange class compared animals using adjectives such as bigger and smaller. They took toys from around the room to illustrate their sentences.

The children did relays again today in gym class with Shota. They played soccer and kicked the balls to their friends.

The Advanced Yellow Class learned about micro-organisms in their Kid’s Box book lesson. They discussed good and bad bacteria in the foods that we eat, and what they do for our bodies.

Then, they connected their book lesson with the ESL lesson and added prepositions. They practiced placing the animals in different positions.
