The children wore a blindfold and had to follow their friends’ voices to find them.To review the alphabet, the Owls class used flashcards. They practiced sequencing as well as letter recognition.The children sang “7 Steps” to practice counting and recognizing numbers.The children sang “Rain, Rain, Go Away” to learn about today’s weather.The Yellow class read “The Poor Goose” to practice their reading skills. They reviewed all single letter phonics as well.The Blue class learned about block graphs in their Kid’s Box lesson. They compared colors and quantities to build their math skills.The Orange and Yellow class played Guess Who as a transition game, to help with their English communication skills.The Advanced Green class learned about measurement in their Kid’s Box book lesson today. They talked about length and height.
