They also learned how to compare them.The Advanced Green class learned about technology in their Kid’s Box book lesson. They sorted words and completed sentences.The Advanced Yellow class played “Never Have I Ever” to practice making sentences. They talked about things they’ve never done to earn points for their team. The Owls really enjoyed today’s snowball fight in gym class. They faced off against each other and practiced throwing and catching.The Yellow class read “Hairy Fairy” to practice the “air/are” sound. Then they chose their favourite sentence from the story and wrote it in their journals.The Red class read “The Web” to practice single letter phonics.The Takatsuki Wolves reviewed animal and weather vocabulary in their ESL lesson. The Owls and Cubs reviewed the “Big Hot Sun” Ditty Sheet today in their reading lesson. They practiced speed sounds and red words to improve their reading skills.The students are singing “New Year’s Dream” and “New Year’s Resolution” to celebrate the month of January!
