The Advanced Yellow class continued their review of the Kid’s Box 6 textbook. They used their last lesson to discuss some of the topics covered in the book.The Red class used phonics cards to play a game. They challenged each other to a “Rock, Scissors, Paper” match and battled for the sound cards.The Blue class did their last read of the set 2, story 10 book. They reviewed single letter phonics and will move on to double letter phonics next year!The Red class enjoyed talking about places today. They recalled different the places that they’ve been, and talked about what they saw there.The Orange class played Scrabble as a fun way to practice their spelling skills.The Advanced Green class worked on completing the final unit of their Kid’s Box 4 textbook. They practiced spelling, matching and phonics.The Advanced Yellow class reviewed sports and activities today. They played “slap” and tried to be the fastest to touch the correct flashcard.The children really enjoyed playing tag today in gym class!The children made spring origami tulips and flower pots for today’s craft. They practiced writing their names and created their own unique decorations!The preschoolers reviewed the months of the year in their circle time lesson. They practiced recognizing the month of March.The children used reading and phonics apps during their tech time today.The Cubs read today’s ditty sheet aloud as a class. They are working hard to develop their reading skills.The children continued to sing March themed songs in music time. They are learning St. Patrick’s day songs.
